Technician called prior to coming and was here 10 minutes later… I contacted a couple of other businesses and was told it would be at least a week before they could get to me. Ruby Mountain responded in a day. The staff was friendly and the bill was A LOT cheaper than we thought it would be… Repair time was about 40 minutes and the problem and repairs were explained to me in simple terms. I won’t hesitate to use Ruby Mountain HVAC and Refrigeration again!

Amazing company! Roger came to see why our AC was not blowing cold. Unfortunately he found AC compressor had prematurely failed. He was honest about replacement vs repair and told us the difference in price was minimal but that a new unit would have a ten year warranty on all of the components of the unit rather than a one year warranty on just the replaced compressor. He gave us a great price on replacement and even went the extra mile to investigate why the old unit had failed early. He found a sensor on the original unit had been installed improperly, so he and Tim fixed that as well! Thank you so much to Roger, Tim and the whole staff at Ruby Mountain HVAC for a job well done!

Ruby Mountian HVAC was amazing! Our AC went out yesterday I waiting to call them u til this morning with in 2 hours of calling they had their technician on my door step. Our fix ended up being minor but the technician Rod was so sweet and explained how the whole system works showed me exactly what failed and why. He looked over the whole system to make sure everything was running as it should and that there were no small issues that could become larger. He was very clear in his explanations and was extremely personable and kind. I will be using them from now on and will more than likely request him each time!

My home A/C went out in late June, 2022. I understand the summer months are very busy for emergency A/C repair. Still, I contacted Ruby Mountain HVAC shortly after 8:00 am and they were able to work me into their schedule for later that day. The technician was very professional, courteous and had the A/C going again in about an hour. I will definitely use this company again and would recommend it to family and friends.
