Thomas did an excellent job with our HVAC service! He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Rafe came when he said he would and got right to work. He quickly figured out the problem. He was very professional. He offered to order the parts we need and another appointment to fix or A/C. Fast, friendly, and professional. We had them come check out our AC unit outside, it took Thomas about 15 minutes to diagnose the issue, and that is with elderly neighbors stopping to chat with him while he was near his work truck. Our home air conditioning system was intermittently working. I called Ruby Mountain HVAC and was scheduled for next day service even though it is the busy season. The receptionist was kind and very helpful. In the morning the next day I received a call from Rafe informing me that he was on his way. When he pulled in the   driveway I received a text that he was there. Rafe was very knowledgeable about my A/C system. He went right to work checking the wiring, the hookups at the furnace and at the condenser unit outside. He determined that we had a program in the thermostat that was overriding and causing the a/c to shutdown. With my permission he removed the unwanted programming and set the thermostat for manual operation. I am very happy with his service and knowledge that he demonstrated so well. Thomas was very considerate of our home. He also answered all of my question and gave me helpful suggestions on how to keep our furnace and air conditioner working.  I will definitely use Ruby Mountain HVAC again:)
