We had them come check out our AC unit outside, it took Thomas about 15 minutes to diagnose the issue, and that is with elderly neighbors stopping to chat with him while he was near his work truck. So far everything is good, if I don’t come back and add to this review it’s safe to assume that we had no follow up issues.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our home air conditioning system was intermittently working. I called Ruby Mountain HVAC and was scheduled for next day service even though it is the busy season. The receptionist was kind and very helpful. In the morning the next day I received a call from Rafe informing me that he was on his way. When he pulled in the   driveway I received a text that he was there. Rafe was very knowledgeable about my A/C system. He went right to work checking the wiring, the hookups at the furnace and at the condenser unit outside. He determined that we had a program in the thermostat that was overriding and causing the a/c to shutdown. With my permission he removed the unwanted programming and set the thermostat for manual operation. I am very happy with his service and knowledge that he demonstrated so well. I will definitely recommend this company to others.
