Terms and Conditions:
We will perform all services in a professional and skilled manner, following all applicable local, state, and federal codes. We will also obtain all necessary permits. Please note that our ability to complete the work on time may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather or supply chain issues.
Parts and Restocking Fees:
Special Orders: All special-order parts are considered final sale. They cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
Returns: A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all non-special-order parts that are returned or canceled.
Payment Fees:
- A 1.99% processing fee will be added to all credit card payments for invoices over $1,000.
- A late fee will be applied to all overdue invoices. Invoices under $3,000 will incur a flat $50 fee. Invoices of $3,000or more will have a late fee of 1.5% of the total invoice amount. These fees are applied monthly until the full balance is paid.
- There is a $50 fee for any returned checks, plus any additional bank fees that may apply.

Media Release: By agreeing to our terms, you authorize Ruby Mountain HVAC and Refrigeration, LLC to use and publish photos or other media taken at your property for promotional and informational purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, our website, social media, advertisements, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
Warranty Information: Units provided with the Services come with a Manufacturer Warranty, which will be provided upon completion of the Services. Contractor (Ruby Mountain HVAC and Refrigeration, LLC) offers a one (1) year warranty on parts and labor on installation only (Installation Warranty). Overtime (OT), holiday, refrigerant, select freight, truck and travel expenses are not covered under the Installation warranty. If another contractor, entity, or person not from Contractor (Ruby Mountain HVAC and Refrigeration, LLC) diagnoses, services, and/or repairs the units installed by Contractor within one (1) year of installation, all existing warranties covered by Contractor (Ruby Mountain HVAC and Refrigeration, LLC) shall be null and void.
Parts provided and installed by Contractor (Ruby Mountain HVAC and Refrigeration, LLC), include a limited warranty of thirty (30) days on parts only. If another contractor, entity, or person not from Contractor (Ruby Mountain HVAC and Refrigeration, LLC) diagnoses, services, and/or repairs the units or handles the part supplied by Contractor (Ruby Mountain HVAC and Refrigeration, LLC) then the Parts Warranty shall also be null and void.
If Customer fails to pay for non-warranty items, or allows Accounts to become past due, then all Warranties shall be null and void until the payment for non-warranty items is made in full, or outstanding Accounts are brought current. Further, if Customer fails to have routine maintenance completed, then all Warranties shall be null and void. If routine maintenance is completed by a party other than Contractor, Customer agrees to provide records of maintenance to the Contractor at the time of Warranty request. If Customer fails to provide records of maintenance, then all Warranties will be null and void.
IMPORTANT: NEVADA LIEN LAW NOTICE
- Original: NOTICE TO CLIENT REGARDING NEVADA LIENS. Pursuant to NRS 108.221 to 108.246, inclusive, a contractor, subcontractor, laborer, supplier of materials or other person or entity who: A. Performs work or furnishes materials of the value of $500.00 or more to improve the value of your property; and B. Is not paid for the work or materials, has a right to place a lien on your property on which the work was performed and to sue you in court to obtain payment.
